​Walking Introduction & History Tour 

This tour is ideal for history lovers, residents, first-time & long-time visitors to Sonoma, and people relocating or looking to retire in Sonoma. Guests have found this tour to be a wonderful orientation to the area, restaurants, wineries and of course, the history.  Think of it as “Sonoma 101.” From the quaint downtown’s buildings to stories that created the fabric of our community, your local guide will give you an insider’s look at Sonoma. This is an easy walking tour for people of all ages.

  • Learn about the Sonoma’s historic downtown all starting with the Indians who roamed the valley to the Spanish missionaries and Mexican military, to the European immigrants who settled in this area and helped create our beautiful town and world-renowned wine region.
